I began practicing yoga back in 2011, actually when Flow was first opened ;) I came down to support the opening and from the very first class I was hooked.
I basically fell heads over heals in love with the practice and everything that yoga incorporates.
Coming from a very active sports background (netball, swimming, rugby), my practice soon became a way to balance, not only my body and mind, but also my spirit. I started to notice that there was a depth to be found in yoga that I had never experienced before, something of substance, something that took me back to nature, something wildish, something that I could carry within me everyday, something that was already inside me, something that I could potentially share.
I continued on with my own practice, before qualifying as a naturopath, massage therapist and then relocating to the UK and Europe, where I gained my yoga teacher training qualification in London in 2014, and then Italy 2016. During this time of travel I was also very fortunate to gain a teaching position at a Hot Yoga studio in Amsterdam while I was living there in 2015.
My passion really is all that is health, wellness and nature. For me yoga transcends the boundaries of orthodox ideals. It has bought me closer to my wildish self and has reconnected me to my feminine energy, and it has taught me that there is a way to live my life that is in direct harmony with nature and all that she offer.
I am extremely friendly, and approachable and truly love what I do. I am always available for per and post class chats, so please come and say hi.
