Following a number of years practicing intermittently John got serious about his yoga after a motorcycle accident left him with a crushed chest and multiple bone fractures. The gentle nature of the discipline encouraged and enabled healing, as well as the gradual rebuilding of strength, endurance, and flexibility.
A keen spear-fisherman, skier, off road motorcyclist, and veteran of over 5000 skydives, Johns teaching is geared towards enabling students to be in full control of their body and mind to be able to live the life they want to live.
John commenced his teacher training with Power Living Australia in 2012, and completed his 200 hour training in June 2013. Outside of the yoga studio John is a Wellness Coach and educator.
